Bio:
Jennifer Fagan is currently the Vice President for Governmental Affairs at the Texas Construction Association. Jennifer has worked in and around the Texas Legislature for more than 25 years, starting with her first job out of law school in 1996.
Before joining TCA she was a Regional Vice President for Government Affairs with Windstream Communications, covering Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. Prior to that she worked for Senator Robert Duncan for 11 years as the Director of the Senate State Affairs Committee.
Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and her law degree from the University of Tulsa. She and her husband Sean have two children who have flown the nest, so it’s just them and their dog, Mattie, at home in Austin.
