We have been so blessed at Set Apart Farms to meet amazing people and organizations in the community that have a heart for faith, family and freedom. Our community partners are a vital part of our work. We create change by working together.

We would like to thank Houston Area Glass Association and Jacqueline Freeman for their commitment to help Veterans and their families heal together. Because of your support, another family will be kept together and given the opportunity for lifelong healing.
